Making magic nature wands is a super fun activity and a winner with the kids every time we make them at home or at one of our children's craft classes. It's so much fun for the kids to make a wand that they can then play with, I often end up being turned into a frog!
MATERIALS:
- Twigs
- Yarn or cord
- Natural resources like leaves, feathers or seed pods (optional)
HOW TO:
Just get your twig, tie the wool on and start wrapping the yarn around. Add feathers, seed pods or leaves by trapping them in the woven yarn. Then let your little ones have lots of imaginative play creating magic!
