Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my printable activity sheets?

Straight after your order. Once you have paid and completed your order, you can download the printables straight from the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email with links to download your printables. Sometimes these emails can end up in junk mail. Another reason you might not receive an email is if you have used an old or inactive email when placing your order. (yes this happens alot when Paypal automatically inputs your contact details!)

Oh no, I used the wrong email address when placing my order! Can I still receive my printable?

Yes, no worries! Just send our customer service an email with your name and order number (if you have it) and we can resend your order to the correct email address.

The link to download my printable isn't working, what can I do?

Just send us an email at boo@minimadthings.com and we will send you a new link ASAP.

What format will my printable be sent in?

All our printables are sent as a PDF document that fits on A4 paper.
