Terms and Conditions – Mini Mad Things

Welcome to Mini Mad Things (minimadthings.com). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our digital products. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us

Mini Mad Things is operated by Mini Mad World ("we", "us", "our"), ABN: 33192262216, based in Australia. Contact: boo@minimadthings.com

2. What we sell

We sell digital products only, including printable activity sheets, templates and art-inspired craft activities for children. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Product descriptions and preview images are provided as accurately as possible. The way a printed activity looks will vary depending on your printer, paper, ink and settings, and this is not a defect.

3. Using our activities safely

Our printables are designed for creative play and learning with children.

• Adult supervision is required at all times, particularly for younger children.
• Many activities involve materials you supply yourself, such as scissors, glue, paint, tape, cardboard, or small craft items. You are responsible for choosing materials that are safe and suitable for the age of the children using them.
• Keep small items, sharp tools and craft materials away from babies and young children.
• Check the suggested age range on the product page, and adapt or skip any step that is not suitable for your child or group.
• Check for allergies or sensitivities before using any craft materials.

4. Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and the download becomes available.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example due to suspected fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
• Please check your email address carefully before submitting your order, as your download link is sent there.

5. Prices and payment

• Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
• If a product is listed at an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

6. Delivery of digital products

• Digital products are delivered by download link, on screen or by email, usually immediately after payment. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.
  
• If you have trouble accessing or opening your files, contact us at boo@minimadthings.com and we will help you or resend the files.
• You are responsible for having suitable software and equipment (for example a PDF reader and a printer).

7. Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to download it and print the following amount of copies depending on the licence usage purchased:

• personal use at home: up to 5 copies
• use in an educational or workshop setting: 6 plus copies

You may not:

• resell, share, give away, or distribute the files (digital or printed copies for sale)
• upload or post the files publicly, including on websites, social media, file-sharing sites or online marketplaces (such as Etsy or Teachers Pay Teachers)
• claim the files as your own work, or remove our name, logo or copyright notices
• modify and redistribute the files, or include them in other products
• use them for any other commercial purpose without our written permission

8. Refunds

Because digital products can be copied immediately after download, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong product.

However, if a file is faulty, will not open, is incomplete, or is not as described, please contact us. We will first try to fix the problem or provide a working replacement, and if we cannot, we will refund you.

Your statutory rights – Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under consumer law Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, illustrations, activity sheets, templates, text, photographs, logos and the Mini Mad Things name, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Our activities may reference well-known artists and art movements for educational purposes. Artists' names and styles belong to their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Except as allowed under Section 7, you may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our content without our written consent.

10. Sharing your creations and user content

We love seeing what you make. If you tag us on social media or send us photos or reviews:

• You confirm you own the content (or have permission, including from a parent or guardian for any child featured). We don't feature any content with children's faces showing on any Mini Mad Things social media platforms.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share it on our website and social channels, with credit where possible. Let us know at any time if you would like it removed.
  

11. Reviews

Reviews must be honest, lawful and based on your own experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, spam or unrelated to our products.

12. Competitions and giveaways

Entry rules will be published with each promotion. Where required, we will comply with applicable laws on trade promotions. Entrants must be 18 or over (or have a parent or guardian's permission) unless the rules say otherwise.

13. Accounts (if applicable)

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, including by sharing purchased files.

14. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, bypassing download limits, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our activities are intended for creative play under adult supervision. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from the materials you choose, misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow instructions and safety guidance.
• We do not guarantee that our files will achieve any particular educational outcome or be suitable for every child or setting.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit, data or opportunity.
• Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, or (where the law allows) the re-supply of the digital product.
• The website and files are provided "as is". We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that files will be free from errors or viruses, although we take reasonable care to prevent this.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory consumer guarantees.

16. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, payment provider disruptions, natural disasters, or strikes.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time you place an order applies to that order.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at boo@minimadthings.com so we can try to resolve it quickly.
