Making an art tree is a fun and easy art project you can make at home with only a few simple art supplies. It's a great collaborative art project to work on with a group of children or as a family.
MATERIALS:
- White cardboard or thick paper
- Coloured pens, pencils or wax crayons
- Hot glue gun
- A tree branch or twigs
HOW TO:
The set up for this activity is very simple, just cut out lots of leaf shapes from white cardboard or paper. Set out your leaves on a table along with lots of other colouring materials and let your little ones come and create. This is a fantastic activity for a mixed age range of children as there is no right or wrong way to decorate the leaves! Once you have finished decorating lots of leaves, glue them into position on the tree branch to make your ART TREE.
