3D COLLAGE DINOSAUR

The inspiration for this project came from the awesome LITTLE GINGER STUDIO in Randwick, Sydney. They run fantastic children's art & craft classes as well as selling craft kits.
We love collage craft projects as they are easy to set up and you can use up all your olds scraps of paper and artwork to make something new. These 3D COLLAGE DINOSAURS are extra fun, by adding the legs so they stand up, it allows you to play with the dinosaurs after you have finished making them.
MATERIALS:
- Cardboard
- Collage materials to cut up like coloured paper, old artwork, fabric, wooden craft sticks or items from the recycling bin
- Craft glue
- Scissors and a craft knife
HOW TO:
Begin by cutting out the dinosaur body and leg shapes from the cardboard, we used a craft knife to cut ours out. Cut slots in the legs and body of the dinosaurs so you can attach the legs. Prepare all your collage materials by cutting up coloured paper, old artwork or fabric. Now begin gluing and decorate your dinosaurs.
Try making a whole herd of dinosaurs to play with!
Happy crafting friends!
