Love it or hate it, sticking pasta shapes to cardboard with copious amounts of PVA glue is a childhood classic!
We were inspired by the decorations made by Suzie from HANDY WITH SCISSORS and raided the kitchen cupboard to make these decorations for our Christmas tree today.
MATERIALS: Pasta shapes, cardboard, PVA glue, spray paint, string and glitter.
Cut out some thick cardboard shapes and add lots of PVA glue.
Begin to stick your pasta shapes to make pretty patterns, we made love hearts and snowflakes.
Allow your glue to dry.
Once the glue is dried, spray paint your pasta decorations.
Sprinkle on glitter while the paint is still wet.
Once your pasta decorations are dried, add a string loop at the top and decorate your Christmas tree.
